Adopt the resolution setting a public hearing on November 24, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., on the renewal applications for On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor, Wine, and 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor Licenses for 2016.
SUMMARY:
Pursuant to Section 111.24 of the City Code, the City Council must annually hold a public hearing prior to renewing On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor, Wine, and 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor Licenses. The 2015 licensee holders have submitted renewal applications for 2016. Attached is a resolution authorizing and directing staff to publish a hearing notice regarding the 2016 On-Sale Liquor, Wine, and 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License renewals.
