Pass the ordinance amending the Fee Schedule Appendix of Chapter 35 of the City Code, by adding alcoholic beverage license and permit fees.
SUMMARY:
Attached for the second reading is a draft ordinance amending the Fee Schedule Appendix of Title III of Chapter 35 of the City Code, by adding license and permit fees in connection with the licensing of brewpubs, brewer taprooms, and microdistilleries.
BACKGROUND:
The first reading and public hearing of the ordinance amendment was held October 8, 2015. No comments from the public have been received since the first reading.
