Approve the change of General Manager for GSTL Investments, LLC, d/b/a Valley Tap House, in connection with the On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Special License for Sunday Liquor Sales, at 14889 Florence Trail, naming Andrea Lynn Krueger as General Manager.
SUMMARY:
GSTL Investments, LLC, d/b/a Valley Tap House has filed an application for a change of General Manager required in connection with its On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License and Special License for Sunday Liquor Sales at 14889 Florence Trail. Ms. Andrea Lynn Krueger is being named General Manager.
A personal information form has been filed on this individual and the Police Department has conducted the necessary background investigation indicating nothing to preclude the business from continuing to hold a license.
BACKGROUND:
City Code Section 111.34 provides for City Council approval of such changes.
