Authorize issuance of a 1 to 4 Day Temporary On-Sale Liquor License for Mary Moon Foundation, by Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division, for use from 1:00 p.m. on July 16, 2016, to 1:00 a.m. on July 17, 2016, in the parking lot at Bogart’s/Apple Place Bowl, located at 14917 Garrett Avenue.
SUMMARY:
Mary Moon Foundation submitted an application for a 1 to 4 Day Temporary On-Sale Liquor License. The application requests intoxicating liquor sales in the parking lot at Bogart’s/Apple Place Bowl, located at 14917 Garrett Avenue from 1:00 p.m. on July 16, 2016, to 1:00 a.m. on July 17, 2016. A sketch showing the location is attached. Mary Moon Foundation is contracting liquor service with Rich Management, Inc., d/b/a Bogart’s/Apple Place Bowl for this event and Rich Management, Inc., has provided a Certificate of Liability Insurance covering this event.
BACKGROUND:
Temporary On-Sale Liquor Licenses are issued by the Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement Division subject to approval by the City Council.
