Approve issuance of a lawful gambling exempt permit, by the State Gambling Control Board, to Minnesota Section American Water Works Association, for use on April 30, 2016, at Bogart's/Apple Place Bowl, 14917 Garrett Avenue, and waiving any waiting period for State approval.

Minnesota Section American Water Works Association, submitted an application for a gambling event to be held at Bogart's/Apple Place Bowl, 14917 Garrett Avenue, on April 30, 2016. The application is on file should you wish to review it.
BACKGROUND:
Exempt permits to conduct lawful gambling activities, on five or fewer days in a calendar year, for qualified nonprofit organizations, are issued by the State Gambling Control Board. Issuance is subject to approval or denial by the city in which the gambling activity is to be conducted.
