Motion to adopt the resolution approving 2016 Special Assessment Roll No. 645, for hearing purposes, in the total amount of $2,417.84 for delinquent tree removal charges, and setting the public hearing, at 7:00 p.m., on May 26, 2016.

Attached please find the public hearing documents for the 2016 Special Assessment Roll No. 645 for delinquent tree removal charges.
The total amount of the proposed assessment is $2,417.84 and represents tree removal charges incurred by the city, which includes a $50.00 admin fee. The numbers of properties involved and the amounts of charges are not consistent from year to year.
